Sendora is a one-person studio run by Kamrul, working with direct-to-consumer brands on Klaviyo, Shopify and paid traffic. This policy covers sendoralab.com and the way enquiries sent through it are handled. It does not cover the data inside a client's own Klaviyo or Shopify account — that data belongs to the client, and I only access it under the agreement signed at the start of a project.
To reply to your enquiry, run the call, send a written plan and quote, and — if we work together — deliver and invoice the project. Nothing more. I do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and I do not add anyone to a mailing list without them asking.
Only the tools needed to run the work: Calendly for scheduling, email hosting for correspondence, and, once a project starts, the client's own Klaviyo, Shopify or ClickUp workspace. Each of those providers processes data under their own terms. No one else receives your details.
Enquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
The site uses functional cookies only — the ones needed for pages to work and for aggregate analytics. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
If you are in the UK or EU you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address below and I will action it within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
