Where it started
A Polish store leaning on paid traffic to hit its monthly number, with email treated as an announcement channel. Campaigns went to the whole list, in whatever design the last person had used.
What I found
The owned audience was the cheapest revenue in the business and the least worked. Frequency was low and the calendar was built around promotions instead of the product cycle.
What I built
- A reusable Polish-language design block system so every send looks like the brand
- Segmentation by product, order count and time since last purchase
- Flow coverage across welcome, cart, browse and post purchase
- Deliverability work so higher frequency did not cost inbox placement
What happened
$98,579.90 attributed revenue in 30 days, 68.62% of $143,666.15 total store revenue. Attributed revenue up 122% while total revenue rose 48%. Campaigns carried $89,153.48 of that, 90.44% of the attributed total.
